The First of Many One of the primary aims of this blog is to communicate some of my experience with Gym Movement Protocol and give an honest opinion of it from my context. I warn you now… a lot of it is going to be VERY positive. It’s probably going to sound very biased.However, the reality is that that bias is caused not by potential for gain, but by what I have gained already.
